Fashion: Winter Game in Osaka

It was indeed a winter game in Osaka Japan during my recent there earlier this year. I have to wear something comfortable yet stylish enough as we had a full day activity including visit to Universal Studios Osaka, Osaka Castle and Glico Man at Namba Station. I was wearing black bomber jacket from Zara Man, jogger pants from Factorie, red watch from G-Shock, red scarf from Topman and black high-cut shoes from Nike Air Max.

Food: Shiga Highlands

The best way to beat the winter season in Japan especially when you're in a ski resort will be a ramen and beer combo. Just look how appetizing these bowl of ramen in rich flavorful soup paired  with local crafted Japanese beer. It's my first time to have the tastiest soup that I can't even distinguish the component of its ingredients at all. Shiga Highlands offer some on the best menu options here at Nozawa Onsen Ski Resot that you don't have to miss out!

Fashion: Shibuya Style

One of the highlight of my Japan trip was my first night to see the infamous Shibuya Crossing in Tokyo Japan. This famous street that's usually crowded with people is one of Tokyo's top tourist destination and also the best spot to pose that street style winter fashion look. I'm wearing a hoodie jacket and tattered black jeans both from Pull & Bear. I paired it with my blue Adidas sneakers and used Herschel striped maroon bag to add some contract highlight to my style. It's really cold at this time so I added some gray neck warmer from Topman and gloves from Uniqlo.

Food: Ningyocho Noodle Bar

So this was my first dinner meal in Tokyo Japan and the first time I tried an authentic ramen and udon noodle, it was unforgettable indeed! I can still vividly remember that unique taste that you can't find even in the fanciest Japanese restaurant here in Singapore. It has a typical noodle bar along the street near our hotel and that first experience ordering via a vending machine was such a great and funny experience. I can honestly say that Japanese food will always be my first love with its wide variety of taste and culinary expertise. What else would you ask for if your noodle is comes with hand crafted local beers. I'm sure all calories intake is worth taking in if you're in Japan especially here at Ningyocho  Noodle Bar.

Travel: Snow Monkey Forest

The Snow Monkey Forest located in Jigokudani in Nagano Japan was my first winter hike experience of my life.  The journey going to this place requires train and bus ride and some 1.8 km walk along the mountain side until you reach the Snow Monkey Forest. Whenever I travel, I do make sure that my travel itineraries  will include activities that I have never tried before. I was fully dressed up winter-ready to make sure my body temperature was stabilized along the trip. It was exhausting but the view of the place was definitely worth the hike. I was amazed of the picturesque view of the pine trees, mountains covered in snow, and traditional Japanese houses that I can only see on paintings and books before. And of course you'll gonna love all the monkeys bathing in the onsen too. Snow Monkey Forest is definitely one of the best travel spot that I can recommend to visit if you'll be in Tokyo Japan.
